Enclosed for your review and approval are two copies of the Decommissioning Plan for the Plutonium Facility and Multiple Failure Building located at the National Park Service property l
near Pawling, New York.
The Health and Safety Plan and the Decommissioning Plan fo'r the remediation of soils at this site were previously submitted and approved by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("NRC").
A Survey Plan which describes the final release survey procedures for the buildings and soil areas will be provided to the NRC within the next few weeks. Site decommissioning activities will not be initiated until all plans are approved by the NRC.
