Dear Mr. Orse :
This confirms our plans as discussed between Mr. C. Settles of your staff and Mr. M. Phillips of this office to hold a management meeting beginning at 11 a.m. (CST) on March 8, 1993, at the Region III Office in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss changes in your organization.and recent plant performance.
While this meeting is considered a presentation and discussion forum between the Detroit Edison Company and the NRC, the meeting will be opened to any other interested parties as observers.
Those persons outside the licensee and NRC staffs should inform the Regional Office of their intent _to participate.
