Enclosed is a letter dated February 22.1993 from Siemens Power Corporation which requests an amendment to export license XSNM02530 to: 1) increase the quantity of material for export from 200,000kgs U/10,000kgs U-235 to 268,600kgs U/12,750kgs U-235 an increase of 68,600kgs U/2,750kgs U-235; 2) add the Swedish State Power Board as an additional ultimate consignee; and 3) add Ringhals and Forsmark reactors.
