N 4 Agenda-System 80+ Management Meeting March 1, 1993-I. Open Remarks (Thomas Murley, William Russell, Dennis Crutchfield)- II. Introduction (Regis Matzie) III. Status (Stan Ritterbusch) (Thomas Wambach) IV. Issues ITAAC progress and status
- ISLOCA: NRC needs to determine whether ABB-CE can resolve the issue using an engineering analysis - which is expected to be discussed at the 2/22 meeting
- I&C Diversity: - applicability of a realistic break size for LOCA and MSLB since this is a beyond-design-basis evaluation
- use of time at. temperature acceptance criterion in lieu of Appendix K - minimum operator action response time for LOCA and MSLB (5 minutes?) based on realistic assumptions - acceptability of using loop controllers vs. relays in the hardwired control channels-t
- LBB
- use and implementation (time limit) of the 0.5 gpm leak rate for Technical Specifications = Structural: - acceptability of material proposed for CESSAR-DC.. (basically methods and criteria, not results of the detailed analysis) with the intent of completing the SAR submittal in the late March time frame = IST - Level of detail Enclosure}}
