This will acknowledge receipt of your letters dated December 23, 1992, January 14, 1993, and January 15, 1993 and your check dated December 23, 1992 for $625 in payment for the civil penalty proposed by NRC in a letter dated December-2, 1992.
In. addition to the corrective actions described in your. response, we understand that you will be submitting, by April 16, 1993, a revision to MURR Technical Specification 6.1.b incorporating the requirement to have written' procedures for shipping byproduct materials produced under your license.
Your corrective actions will be examined during future inspections.
