CONFIRMATION OF MEETING ARRANGEMENTS This confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. M. J. Burzynski of your staff and Mr. P. J. Kellogg of the NRC concerning an Enforcement Conference to be held at the Region II office in Atlanta, Georgia on March 22, 1993. The time of the meeting was established at 1:00 p.m.
The purpose of this Enforcement Conference, as stated in our letters of January 20 and 25, 1993, is to discuss employee discrimination, specifically those employee discrimination cases identified in the referenced letters.
Should you have any questions regarding these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them.
