OPEN ITEM 92-022-01 Attached is the Big Rock Point Suitability, Training and Qualification Plan, Revision 13. The package attached includes the justification for the changes made.
This change adds the requirement for armed security personnel to have an extra pair of corrective lenses and should close Open Item 92-022-01 dated 9/24/92.
Consumers Power Company has determined that these changes do not degrade the safeguards effectiveness of the plant and, therefore, submit this change under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
