Total FY90 obligation amount $ 95,951.29 Total FY91 obligation amount $165,317.56 Total FY92 obligation amount $ 47,543.00 Total fY93 obligation amount $ 46,000.00 Cumulative Total of NRC Obligations $354,811.85.
This modification obligates FY93 funds in the amount of $46,000.00.
All other terms and conditions of the contract remain the same.

The purpose of this modification is to (1) raise the contract ceiling in i
the amount of $50,206.80 from $308,811.85 to $359,018.65 and incrementally fund the contract by $46,000.00, (2) incorporate within scope changes to Tasks 6 and 7 of the contract and (3) extend the period of performance of the subject contract. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as t
follows:
P 1.
Under Subsection B.3, paragraphs a and c are deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:
"a. The total estimated cost to the Government for full performance of this contract (Task 1), and Optional Tasks 1 through 6 is $359,018.65 of which $336,185.76 represents estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $22,832.89 the fixed fee.
"c. The amount obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $354,811.85."
- 2. Section F.6 - DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD (MAR 1987) ALTERNATE II is revised to read as follows:
"This contract shall commence on August 15, 1990 and will expire on September 31, 1993."

- 3. Under Section C.I.3, " WORK REQUIREMENT" the following changes are hereby made:
Task 6:
Estimated Completion Date: Eight months from the execution date of this modification.
l Task 7:
Revise the Task Letter Reports for Tasks 2 through 5 so that they are in a form that will be publishable as supplemental volumes to the required NUREG/CR for Task 6.
There should be a separate supplemental volume for each of Tasks 2 through 5.
The NRC project manager will return the drafts with comments within 60 l
days of delivery of the drafts. The contractor will incorporate the comments and submit the final product in camera-ready NUREG/CR format within 30 days of receipt of NRC comments.
Estimated completion date: Six months from the date of execution of this modification.
Estimated Level of Effort: 16 person-weeks.
