As requested in your letter dated December.31, 1992, Quality Assurance Program Approval No. 0200 is hereby terminated.

If you are an NRC licensee and conduct activities under the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71, or an Agreement State Licensee subject to the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71, as required by 10 CFR S 150.20, a QA Program approved by the.

Commission as satisfying the provisions of Subpart H of 10 CFR Part 71 ic required.

Since you no longer have a valid QA Program Approval, the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 and registration under the provisions of 10 CFR S 71.12,..to trans-port or deliver licensed material to a carrier for transport is terminated.

This includes your registration as a. user of Certiff.cate of Compliance No. 9033.

However, we have registered you for the use of this package under the provisions of 49 CFR S 173.471.

Please note that under the reciprocity provisions of 10 CFR S 150.20, an Agreement State licensee is subject to the require-ments of 10 CFR Part 71 when conducting activities specified on the Agreement State license in non-Agreement States.

Please note that records required by 10 CFR S 71.91 are to be retained for a period of three years.
