As requested in your letter dated January 11, 1993, Quality Assurance Program Approval No. 0092 is hereby terminated.
If you are an NRC licensee and conduct activities under the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71, or an Agreement State Licensee subject to the regt.irements of 10 CFR Part 71, as required by 10 CFR S 150.20, a QA Program approved by the Commission as satisfying the provisions of Subpart H of 10 CFR Part 71 is required.
Since you no longer have a valid.QA Program Approval, the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 and registration under the provisions of 10 CFR S 71.12, to_trans-port or deliver licensed material to aLearrier for transport is terminated.
This includes your registration ~as a user of Certificate of Compliance No. 9039.
However, we have registered you for the use of this package under the provisions of 49'CFR S 173.471.
Please note that records required by 10 CFR S 71.91 are to be retained for a period of three years.
