r Docket 50-305 Operating License DPR-43 Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant Cycle 19 Reload Safety Evaluation This letter transmits 3 copies of the Reload Safety Evaluation for the Kewaunee Cycle 19 reload -
core. Our evaluation has shown that the Cycle 19 core design is more conservative than the-design used in our accident analysis. Therefore, the Cycle 19 reload design does not create an unreviewed safety question, and we are proceeding with the reload in accordance with the-provisions of 10 CFR 50.59(a)(1).
For your information, the Cycle 18-19 refueling outage is presently scheduled.to' begin-March 6,-1993; and the Cycle 19 startup testing is scheduled to begin approximately
' April 14,1993.
