./ The National Enrichment Facility Security Related Information Withhold Under 10 CFR 2.390 Pursuant to the discussions with the NRC and DOE regarding classified network reaccreditation, Louisiana Energy Services, LLC, also dba URENCO USA, hereby submits a copy of the annual Continuous Monitoring Report. This report documents the assessment of 1/3 of the controls contained in the following Information Systems Security Plans:
Plant Control System Centrifuge Monitoring System and Medium Frequency Drive Plant Control Training System and Enhanced Training System Baseline Common Control Catalog contains Security-Related Information and disclosure to the public could present a security vulnerability. Accordingly, UUSA requests that Enclosure 1 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1). The Enclosure 2 affidavit supports this withholding request.

Cowne, being duly sworn, state that I am the Chief Nuclear Officer and Compliance Manager for Louisiana Energy Services, LLC (LES) at the URENCO USA Facility; that I am authorized on the part of said company to sign and file with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission this document; and that all statements made and matters set forth herein are true and correct to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief:
