STAFF MOTION'TO MODIFY SCHEDULE' By Order dated March 15, 1990, the-Licensing Beced adopted the Staff's unopposed motion to set a schedule'for the further-conduct of this l

proceeding. Pursuant to that schedule, any Motion lor Summary Disposition was to be filed 50 days from the issuance of the Order which,.according io the Staff's calculation would be May 4,.'1990.

The Staff intends to file a Motion for Sumary Disposition;but, in view 4

of Counsel's current commitmer.ts which were not contemplated at the time the proposed schedule was filed, cannot meet the deadline impose'd by the Schedule. By this Motion, the Staff requests that~the Schedule be, modified so that any requests for sumary disposition be filediby! Pay 18, 1990.- It-does not appear that the License will suffer any harn as:a result of this-slight modification to the schedule, TheLicensetasindicated,through=its.CounselMauriceK.Guinn.Esq.,
