Reg. 7798, March 5, 1990), directed at the Senior Operator-License Limited To Fuel Handling of Mr. Robert'L.
Dickherber.
The parties presently-parsicipating in each of these proceedings are Mr. Robert L,'Dickherber and the NRC Staff.
The. issue to be considered in'each proceeding is whether the respective order applicable to the particular proceeding should be sustained.
