for intervention in this' proceeding, filed a motion-(faxed to us'the same day) seeking an extension of the filing' dates set forth in our Memorandum and Order. dated April'4, 1990.
-That order required contentions to be filed by April-30, 1990, responses to be filed by May 16, 1990, and scheduled the initial prehearing conference for May 23, 1990.
