The Order of March 15, 1990, setting a schedule for the further conduct of this proceeding is hereby modified so that May l
18, 1990, shall be considered to have occurred on the 50th 4
milestone day, the day on which motions for summary judgement shall be filed.
All remaining milestone days-shall be counted relative to this change and will run accordingly.
