t Dear Sirst Security Plan - Revision 30 In accordance with the provisions of Part 50.54(p) of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations [10 CFR $0.54(p)) changes to the Security Program at the Trojan Nuclear Plant, as described in the Trojan Security Plan PCE-1017, have been implemented.- Our evaluation has determined that these r
changes do not decrease the Safeguards effectiveness of the Security j
Program.

1 Attachment A is a detailed description of the changes, along with a discussion of the reasons for uking the changes. Attachment B consists of four copies of the replacement pages for the Trojan Security Plan.
Two additional copies are being forwarded to the Regional Administrator, Region V.
Attachments A and B contain Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21.
