1 This is in response to your letters of February 2 and 12,1990 which forwarded clarification to Revisions 9A, 9B, and.9C, respectively, to your UNC Physical Safeguards Plan based upon concerns stated in our letter of January 31, 1990.
We have reviewed your proposed physical security plan changes and find them i
acceptable in meeting the provisions.of Section 73.46.- Accordingly, we are hereby revising and reissuing Paragraph 9.1.A of the physical security portion of the' Safeguards Amendment, designated as SG-2, to your License SNM-368 as
. reflected in the enclosure to this letter to be effective upon receipt'of this 1
. letter.
