Dear h h ers:
In response to your letter dated April 17, 1990 regarding export license application XSNM02485, we have been advised by the Department of State that they have not received the Japanese Governments letter of assurances.- As you know, the export license cannot be issued by the NRC until the Japanese Government provides the required assurances to the U.S.
The license has been prepered and will be issued just the moment the assurances are received by the NRC.
