The matter before the 12 Commission, Mr.
- Chairman, is SECY-90-102, AIAB-925 13 (Rockwell International Corporation).
In this paper 14 the Commission is being asked to act on an order 15 which addresses the Appeal Board's December 21',
1989 16 Memorandum and Order which is AIAB-925 which 17 interpreted three provisions of the Commission's new 18 rule of procedures governing the conduct of informal 19 adjudicatory hearings in materials licensing 20 proceedings.
21 All Commissioners have approved the order 22 which was attached to the SECY memo of April the 12th 23 which explicitly affirms the Appeal Board's decision 24 and provides additional comments ont he issues 25 involved.
