APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U.
S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesne Light Company hereby requests that the Technical Specifications set forth in-Appendix A.

licenses be amended to modify Containment Isolation Valve Table 3.6-1 to correct errors and clarify the applicable notation.
