This letter refers to a special inspection conducted by Messrs. F.A.
Wenslawski and L.C. Carson II of this office on March 22-23, 1990, of
activities authorized by NRC license No. R-33 and to the discussion of our
findings held with Messrs. R. W. Darmitzel and J. A. Cherb at the conclusion '
of the inspection.
