CANONSBURG COMPLETION REVIEW REPORT I want to commend you for the outstanding job you did in managing the review of the Canonsburg completion Report and in the preparation of the staff's draf t Completion Review Report. This accomplishment has special merit because of the difficulty of the challenge you faced in preparing this CRR; it is the first such document, so you had no model to work from. Your task was further complicated by the suspension of the review for over a year while we were negotiating, with DOE, our role in the completion concurrence process.
In your management of the review and CRR preparation you had tc reconcile many disparate suggestions and comments, which were of ten conflicting.
Your exceptional efforts, along with those of your review team, were instrumental ir producing an outstanding report that we can all be proud of and that will serve as a model for future CRRs. You deserve to be recognized and commended for this accomplishment.
