Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station (DBNPS) Unit Number 1, Operating License Appendix A Technical Specifications. Technical Specification 4.4.5.5a requires Toledo Edison to report to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) the number of tubes plugged in each steam generator following each inservice inspection of steam generator tubes.
The tube plugging process was completed on April 6, 1990.
As a result of the i
inspection findings, the following steam generator tubes vere plugged:

Additionally, due to vater being observed dripping from Row 54 Tube 127, backup plugs were installed in three tubes in the lover chanael head of Steam i
Generator 1-1 (Row 54 Tube 127, Rov 61' Tube 126, Row 69 Tube 130).
These-tubes had been previously plugged with explosive plugs. The installation of these three backup plugs was completed on April 9, 1990.
In accordance with Technical Specifications 4.4.5.5b and 6.9.1.5b requirements Toledo Edison vill provide information, in the next annual report, on the number and extent of tubes inspected and the location and-percent of vall-thickness penetration for each indication of an imperfection.
