The purpose of this modification is to' provide incremental funding in the amount of $75,000.00.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
Under Section B, Supplies o.- Services and Prices / Costs, subsection B.2, Consideration and Obligation, the first. sentence of paragraph b. is deleted in its entirety and the following sentence is substituted in lieu thereof:.
"b.
The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is
$2,908,000.00."
All other terms and conditions, including the contract ceiling amount of
$3,066,035.00, remains unchanged.
