Enclosed please find the original and two copies of the Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute (AFRRI) TRIGA Reactor Physical Security Plan.
This plan has been revised in accordance with the provisions of i
10 CFR 50.54(p) and was implemented on 1 April 1990. In addition to the plan, we have enclosed a summary and analyses of the changes from which we concluded that these changes to the plan do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan in any way. As you know, the material contained in our plan and in the analysis documentation is not in the public interest and should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790.
