Dear Mr. Scott:
Your letter addressed to Chairman Carr has been referred to me for response.
It provided copies of Resolutions of Support from two Michigan citizens groups for the petition filed by the Concerned Citizens for the Charlevoix Area in November 1989, and asks us to consider the statements in the Resolution of Support in our deliberations of the petition.
We are in the process of completing our evaluation of the petition and a Director's Decision will be issued in the near future. The statements in the Resolution of Support will be considered in the Director's Decision.
In view of your continued expressed interest in this matter, we will provide you with a copy of all future NRC correspondence associated with the petition.
