INQUIRY NO.90-001 This letter refers to a telephone inquiry between you and Steven-Courtemanche-of this office on April 17, 1990 regarding the pending need for renewal of~
your license-on April 30, 1990.
From this discussion,'it is our understanding that you will be' renewing your license.
It is also our understanding'that you are making changes.in the-storage location of the-licensed material,and that you are: seeking to dispose of the licensed material. The request'to renew your license must be sent to the Region I Office at 475 Allendale Road,. King of Prussia Pennsylvania 19406.- Please send the renewal request so that it is received-prior to the expiration date on the license. When you change-the storage location of the licensed material,If you-dispose of all licensed material, quest an amendment please notify the Region.I Office and re to your license.
