Docket No. 50-482: Special Report 90-001 - Steam Generator Tube Plugging Report The purpose of this letter is to provide information regarding the number of tubes plugged in each steam generator as required by. Wolf Creek Generating Station Technical Specifications (T.S.).

The third steam generator (S/G) inservice inspection, which began' March 28, 1990, was cumpleted for S/G's B and D on April 4, 1990.

Two tubes in S/G D were mechanically plugged as a result of defects and degradations found during the inspection. These tubes, R50-C66 and R45-C101',

were required to be plugged because of defects in excess of'40%.as required by T.S. 4.4.5.4.

I The complete results of the steam generator tube inservice inspection shall be reported to the Commission.

In a special report as required by T.S.

4.4.5.5 by April 4, 1991.
