20$$5 Subjects NRC Bulletin No. 90-02: Loss of-Thermal Margin Caused by Channel Box Bow Gentlement NRC Bulletin No. 90-02 requested that NPPD determine whether any channel boxes are being reused af ter their first bundle lifetime and, if so, ensure that the effects of channel box bow on the critical power ratio (CPR) calculations are properly taken into account. NPPD uses channel boxes for only one bundle lifetitue and, thus, is not subject to the reporting requirements specified by NRC Bulletin No 90-02.
