Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Unit 2 and Unit 3 Revisions to Safeguards Contingency Plan and Plant Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan Thislettersubmits,inaccordancewith10CFR50.4(b)(4)(iii),four(4) controlled copies of the revised pages to the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS) Safeguards Contingency Plan and Plant Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan. The revisions are detailed for each Plan in their respective Summary of Plan Revisions.
The revisions are being submitted in accordance with 10CFR 50.54(p)(2),
l and have been determined not to decrease the effectiveness of the PBAPS 1
Safeguards Contingency Plan and/or Plant Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan. The changes vere made to correct administrative type oversights, as referred to in ca respondence dated January 18, 1990, from Ronald R. Bellamy, USNRC, to George A. Hunger, Jr., Philadelphia Electric Company; to reflect organizational / title changes; and, changes made in an effort to increase commonality between Philadelphia Electric Company's Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station and Limerick Generating Station.
In accordance with 10CFR 73.21, we request that the enclosed revisions to the Safeguards Contingency Plan and Plant Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan, which contain Safeguards Information be withheld from public disclosure and protected, as described in 10CFR 73.21.
