SECY-90 PROPOSED SUBAGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF ILLINOIS ON ASME CODE ACTIVITIES This is to advice you that the Commission'(with all Commissioners agreeing) has approved the proposed Subagreement with.the State of Illinoia on ASME code activities.
Please: note the attached editorii:.1 correction.
In accordance with the Commission's decision, the EDO may proceed to sign the Subagreement and transmit it to Illinois for the-State's signature.
Commissioner Rogers noted that the time required to finalize the agreement appeared to be excessive.
