Davis Dear Mr. Davis l-Commonwealth Edison provided additional information regarding the l-motor operated valves that'would be required during the post-LOCA ECCS recirculation phase in reference (a). Commonwealth Edison informed the NRC that a Technical Specification Bases change would.be the method used.to assure-that the operators understood which valves were required =and made operability I
