Regulatory Commission,- Duquesne Light Company hereby requests that the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to the license be amended to incorporate an Action Statement into the pressurizer safety valve specifications to require valve inspection forl potential damage following loop seal or water discharge.

Based on the guidance provided by the Commission, the l
proposed changes have been determined to involve no significant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.
