The purpose of this modification is to:
(1) provide incremental funding in the amount of
$31,613.02, which fully funds the contract for the third option year, and increase the contract ceiling amount' by $31.613.92 from $289.856.00 to $321,469.92, and (2) add the
" Key Personnel" clause in Section H.6 which was inadvertently omitted in the basic contract.

All requests for approval of. substitutions hereunder must be in; writing and provide a detailed. explanation of the circumstances necessitating the proposed substitutions.
