Permission for NRC to Copy Proprietary Information

Asmussen, Keith E., Letter No. 38-1520 to Alexander Adams dated February 22, 1990, transmitting Affidavit signed by Robert H. Chesworth
Dear Mr. Adams:
In the affidavit submitted via the referenced letter, General Atomics (GA) requested that its reports numbered E117-1001 and E117-1002 be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790.
In our subsequent telephone conversation, you advised me that even if the documents were withheld from public disclosure, it would be necessary for the NRC to make copies of the proprie-tary documents for proprietary distribution within NRC.
General Atomics hereby confirms in writing, the previously given verbal permission for NRC to copy GA propriety documents numbered E117-1001 and E117-1002 for the purpose of required proprietary distribution of the copies within the NRC.
