Dear Sir:

This temporary addendum replaces in its entirety IPN-90-005, IP3/PA008-90, dated February 6, 1990.

Proper destruction of original submittal, in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21, is authorized.

In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54 (p),

this report is presented to inform you of temporary changes in the subject security plan, which are offered as a temporary addendum and which do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.

Specific details concerning the changes are contained in Enclosures A and B.

Enclosure A contains the background information.

Enclosure B contains a summary of the temporary addendum and specific temporary changes to the physical security plan paragraphs.

The specific paragraphs affected have been prepared

consecutively since this report is not offered as a permanent revision to the security plan.

Attachments 1 and 2 are drawings indicating the temporary configurations of the protected area perimeter. is the temporary addendum procedures.
