In response to your letter of February 16, 1990, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission is pleased to provide the Administrative Conference-$15,000 to undertake new alternative. dispute resolution initiatives.
The Commission continues to believe that in. appropriate instances, alternative dispute. resolution techniques may-prove useful to this agency.'
Our Controller, Ronald M. Scroggins, will make the necessary arrangements to provide the funds to the Administrative Conference.
