If you are an NRC licensee and conduct activities under the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71, or an Agree-ment State Licensco subject to the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71, as required by 10 CFR Part 150.20 a QA Program approved by the Commisnien as satisfying the prov1sions of Subpart H of 10 CFR Part 71 is required.
