Sterling Forest Corporation /Cintichem Incorporated: Freedom of Information Act Recuest
Dear Mr. Grimsley:
I made a Freedom of Information Act request on February 28, 1990 addressed to Malcolm R. Knapp~in Region 1, which was modified on March 5, 1990.
In that request I asked for " copies of any and all records in your possession or custody concerning any leak or release of radioactive substances at the Cintichem, Incorporated facility in Tuxedo, New York."
Having now spoken with Gary Comfort and Carol Ann Read of the NRC in Washington, I would now like to withdraw my previous request.
In its place, I am now requesting: 1) a copy of NRC's computer list of publicly available documents since 1978 relating to Cintichem, Incorporated; and 2)'a copy of the license number SNM-639 under which Cintichem is now, or was until recently, operating, including any current amendments thereto.
You are hereby authorized to incur up to $100.00 in charges to comply with-this request.
