SUBJECT:
CRGR MEETING NO. 181 The Committee to Review Generic Requirements (CRGR) will meet in the afternoon on Wednesday, March 14, 1990, in Room 6507, MNBB.
The agenda is as follows:
1:00-2:00 p.m.
L. Shao (RES) will present for CRGR review a proposed generic letter to provide licensees guidance for performing temporary non-code repair of ASME Code Class 1, 2, and 3 piping.
(The review item is #15 distributed to CRGR members on February 15,1990.)
2:00-4:30 p.m.-
L. Shao (RES) will present for CRGR review a proposed amendment to 10 CFR 50.55a that would incorporate by reference the 1986 Addenda, 1987 Addenda, 1988 Addenda, and the 1989 Edition of Section III, Division 1, of the ASME Boiler and Pressure-Vessel-Code, and would impose an augmented examination for raattor vessels.

4:30-5:00 p.m C.E. Rossi (NRR) will present for CRGR review a proposed Supplement to the Service Water Syetem Generic Letter (GL 89-13) transmitting a summary of. discussions with licensees at workshops of questions regarding implement-ation of the generic letter.
(The review item is #16-distributed to CRGR members on March 5, 1990.)
If a CRGR member cannot attend the meeting, it is his responsibility to assure that an alternate, who is approved by the CRGR Chairman, attends the meeting.
Persons making presentations to the CRGR are responsible for (1) assuring that the information required for CRGR review is provided to the Committee (CRGR Charter - IV.B), (2) coordinating and presenting views of other offices, (3) as appropriate, assuring that other offices are represented during the
-presentation, and'(4) assuring that agenda modifications are coordinated with the CRGR contact (J. Conran X29855) and others involved with the presentation.
Division Directors or higher management should attend meetings addressing agenda items under their purview.
