A spurious trip of a phase differential overcurrent relay on the RCP power supply lead to the RCP tzip.
The unit entered Mode 2 - Startup at 1634 hours0.0189 days
0.454 hours
0.0027 weeks
6.21737e-4 months
on February 07, 1990, and Mode 1 - Power Operation at 2123 hours0.0246 days
0.59 hours
0.00351 weeks
8.078015e-4 months
on February 07, 1990. Ascension to 100 percent power was delayed due to a failure of a servo valve on the turbine ambined interospt valve. The unit reached 100 percent power at

She "B" low-pressure feedwater heater string was isolated which restricted unit power to approximately 95 percent for the reainder of the nonth. The feedwater heater will be repaired during the up-cming refueling outage.

SWEEARY: The unit operated near 100Z power until February 06, 1990, when reactor trip occurred. Unit returned to 100Z power on February 09, 1990. A low-pressure feedwater heater tube leak forced a power reduction to approximately 95Z on February 10, 1990. The unit operated at approximately 95Z for the remainder of the amonth.
