NRC Inspection Report 50-128/90-01.
As a result of the discussion on
February 27, 1990, please be advised of.the following information:
a.
The- results paragraph, page 1, Appendix B states:
"Within the areas

inspected, one. apparent violation, failure to test licensed personnel on
security training,_was identified (see paragraph 5) . . . ."
This should read: Within the areas inspected, one apparent violation,
failure to test licensed personnel on security training, was identifiec
(see paragraph 12).
