This routine, ' unannounced inspection was conducted in the areas of' the-
-
licensee's Physical Security Program- for Power Reactors.
Specifically the
inspector reviewed Management, Plans, Audits, Access Controis-and Maintenance.
Additionally, Generic Letter 89-07 Lwas reviewed, as were several security
concerns of the resident.in'spectors.

Results:
In the areas inspected, one violation was identified:
Failure to follow access
< control procedure.
- Generic Letter 89-07 was " Closed"Las was Inspector Follow-up Item 88-32-01. A
new Inspector Follow-up Item was opened, 90-05-02, relative to the final
contract award for the security upgrade.
