prehearing conference by telephone to discuss scheduling matters in this proceeding.

Participants' included counsel for-the Licensee, counsel for the NRC Staff and counsel for

Each of the parties presented their views regarding adoption of a schedule for further actions in this matter.

The Board having carefully considered the arguments of the parties has concluded that discovery shall be completed and the discovery period shall end on June 29, 1990.1 1 Pursuant to the provisions of 10 C.F.R.
