RECENTLY RAISED ISSUES CONCERNING FORMER SEABROOK NDE EXAMINER Issues were raised concerning a'former Seabrook NDE Examiner by Dr. H.

Myers. These have been reviewed by Region I and the memorandum from W. T.

Russell to Dr. T. E. Murley which addresses these issues is enclosed. The staff concludes that there are no new issues material to full power licensing involved.
