l The purpose of this 4nodification is to extend the contract period of

. erformance through April 30, 1990 at no additional cost or obligation to p

h; the Government, to change the Project'0f ficer for this contract, and to p

revise the indirect rates.

Accordingly, the contract is modified as F

follows:

Subsection F.3, " Duration of Contract Period", is revised to' read:

l' "This contract shall become effective on May 1, 1985 and shall continue to completion on or before April 30, 1990."

NOTE: This modification confirms the verbal authorization granted by the NRC Contracting Officer for the continuation of the contract in force after December 31, 1989. (This verbal authorization was given on 12/22/89.)

Delete Subsection G.2 entitled, " Overhead / General and Administrative, e

100C-R&D and C0C-CORP Rates",

subparagraphs A, B, C, and D in their entirety (subparagraph E remains the same) and substitute the following in
