Dear Dr. Murley:
The above referenced letters submitted Commonwealth Edison's request for an amendment to Facility Operating Licenses NPF-11 and NPF-18, Appendix A, Technical Specifications. The purpose of these amendment requests were to revise the Technical Specifications to conform with the diesel generator test schedule recommendations given in NRC Generic Letter 84-15.
The following attachments are for clarification purposes only and do not affect the no significant hazards consideration determination. The background information and justification for these proposed changes can be found in the above mentioned references.
Attachment A provides a complete complication of all the requested changes along with the corresponding submittal dates which requested the change. Attachment B provides the finalized Technical Specification pages with all the requested changes incorporated.
