Examinat ion Summary, Eddy Current,. Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant Unit II, September 6 to September 9, 1981." This is a summary of the eddy current tests conducted after a tube leak developed in Number 22 steam generator on August 19, 1981.
This report is being submitted in accordnace with the Prairie Island ASME Code Section XI Inservice Inspection and Testing Program submitted to the Commission for review on February 1, 1978 (revised through Revision 6 dated July 31, 1981). Submittal of the attached summary is intended to satisfy the inspection report ing requirements contained in IWA-6220 of Section XI of the ASME Code.
Detailed inservice inspection reports are available at our General Office for review by the Region III Office of Inspection and Enforcement.
