The deadline for filing of proposed findings and conclusions by intervening parties is December 2, 1981. The Conmonwealth received the

.. Applicant's proposed findings and conclusions, comprising 123 pages, just prior to the Thanksgiving weekend. In addition, counsel for the Commonwealth has been involved in litigation of the 'DII-1 Restart Proceeding five days a week. Therefore, the Conmonwalth requests an extension for the filing of proposed findings and conclusions on the mergency planning contentions (6 and 20) until Fbnday, Decmber 7,1931.

The only two parties affected by this Ibtion are the Applicant and the Staff. Counsel for both the Applicant and the Staff have no objection to this tbtion.
